Refund & Return Policy

At Doodle Dat UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. 


14-Day Return Policy 
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. 
To be eligible for a return: 

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them  
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging  
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required  

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted. 


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at:

Please include: 

  • Your order number  
  • A description of the issue  
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging  

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. 


Change of Mind Returns 

If you would like to return an item due to a change of mind: 

  • The item must be unused and unopened  
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer  
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable 

Customers are responsible for arranging tracked return shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. 
Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. 


Non-Returnable Items 
We cannot accept returns for: 

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us  
  • Sale or clearance items  
  • Gift cards  
  • Custom or personalised products  


Exchanges 
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. 


Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. 
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
